💼 Role Description:

As an Origination Project Developer, you will play a vital role within our Spaniard Project Development Team, your primary responsibility will be identification and evaluation of potential commercial projects in the field of renewable energy, particularly in solar & wind energy. You will be supported by our technical experts in negotiating purchase and lease agreements, as well as in the process of applying for grid connections and building permits.

📝 Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analyse restrictions and conditions of the land.
  • Search for owners of selected land and work on the negotiations.
  • Review solar or wind resources and layouts of the proposed plant.
  • Help manage the different phases of project development.
  • Comply with the quality, health and safety and environmental management system: legal compliance, monitoring of the applicable procedures, etc.

🔑Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in negotiating land contract agreements.
  • B2 English & native Spanish proficiency.
  • Availability for travelling within Spain.
  • Driving licence (B).
