We are looking for a Project Development Intern to join our team based at our office in Lisbon, Portugal, with the possibility of (On-Site/Hybrid) work mode.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Development team in the coordination and management of renewable energy project development processes, from the initial idea through to execution.
• Assist in planning and organizing project tasks to ensure effective team collaboration and timely completion.
• Participate in the preparation of documentation and reports related to project progress and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project milestones with strategic goals.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or Master’s student in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management and coordination.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn.
• Creative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and solid command of English.

Preferred Skills:

• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Interest in the renewable energy sector and sustainability.
• Knowledge of project management tools or methodologies is a plus.
