We’re looking for a talented Project Developer to join our growing team in Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling, designing, proposing, and managing high-end outdoor construction projects—including pools, patios, kitchens, and more. You’ll bring your 3D design skills to the table to help clients visualize their dream outdoor spaces. We may give you a few warm leads, but the majority will be up to the Project Developer/Designer. This is why we believe it is important to be excellent in customer service for you to truly excel!

As a Project Developer, you’ll work in a fast-paced, highly incentivized environment with plenty of opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on non-lead sales performance.

Education and Experience:

  • Valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Design, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred
  • Residential construction experience is required
  • Ability to learn and use CAD and 3D modeling software for client presentations
  • Dependable, organized, and strong with time management
  • Client-focused, with values rooted in trust and integrity
  • 3+ Years of Design and Estimating experience *REQUIRED* (CAD or Poolstuidios)
  • Management experience, minimum 2+ years (Not required but desired)
