Carrier and Toshiba HVAC products in SEE region with a leading position in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems seeks to hire for its offices in Athens:


Project Design Engineer


Mission:

The main purpose of this position is to design new or replacement Heating, Cooling & ventilation systems and the technical documentation of projects.


Core responsibilities:

  • Design new or replacement Heating, Cooling & Ventilation systems: Perform Load Calculations, Equipment Selection, Pipe & Duct size Calculation.
  • Preparation of Projects’ Technical Documentation: AutoCAD Schematics/drawings Creation, Equipment documentation and systems technical description.
  • Cost Calculation and Offers Preparation: Equipment, Technician & subcontractors cost and profit margin evaluation.
  • ERP Handling: ERP quotations, Project Creation, Orders Processing.


Qualifications:

  • Chartered mechanical engineer, graduate in mechanical engineering from technical university is a prerequisite.
  • Proven experience in HVAC installations design. Control Systems & electrical installations knowledge and understanding will be considered an asset.
  • AutoCAD 2D knowledge certification in HVAC design is a prerequisite.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in HVAC design.
  • Experience in Project Supervision will be highly appreciated.
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point.
