We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initial planning through execution and closure while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. This role involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and a focus on driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of software development projects.
• Assemble and manage project teams, setting clear goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Drive communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams to support seamless client transitions.
• Facilitate change management processes and adapt plans as needed.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, timelines, budgets, and sign-off materials.
• Ensure timely client approvals and sign-offs at key project milestones.
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong background in Project Management, preferably in a software development environment.
• Familiarity with Pre-Sales/Post-Sales processes.
• Excellent Stakeholder and Account Management skills.
• Strong Team Leadership and Coordination abilities.
• Experience in Change Management and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Business Analysis, documentation, and wireframing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
