This position will assist a Senior Engineer in development of budgetary cost estimates for new projects being requested from each department. The ideal candidate will meet all requirements below: substantial knowledge and experience with water and waste water public works or Agency Substantial experience as a project cost estimator ( minimum of 5 years experience) ability to work in a fast paced and detail oriented environment strong communication, organization and time-management skills attention to detail is required graduate from a 4-year college with a major in civil engineering, or related discipline.
