AFNORD is looking for a highly skilled Site Cost Controller to join our team and contribute to a major industrial project for our client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in cost control, budget management, and financial oversight on a high-profile capital project.

About the Role:

As a Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, contract compliance, and cost efficiency while working on AFNORD’s client project. You will collaborate closely with the Construction Manager, Quantity Surveyors, and key stakeholders to optimize budget performance and drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Review & approve contractor payment applications

Supervise & coordinate the Quantity Surveyor team

Manage cost forecasting, variance analysis & financial planning

Assess contract cost impacts of change requests

Ensure compliance with project budget & contract terms

Track BoQs & identify potential cost discrepancies

Provide detailed cost reporting to client stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Power Query)

Experience with cost management tools & ERP systems

Negotiation & cost reconciliation expertise

Financial forecasting & risk mitigation skills

Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment
