Lead the project cost budget process and ensure timely delivery.
Work with Project Director and project team to drive cost rationalization and reduction initiatives.
Assist with project risk reviews and communicating project status, risk, schedule and cost to all stakeholders.
Participate in project progress, quality, safety and financial audits as required.
Attend and participate in project and corporate meetings as needed.
Project Procurement Management
Ensure project procurement is concluded in compliance with project’s level of authority and Group Procurement Policy.
Assist in material management reconciliation with cost control reports.
Reporting and Compliance
Compile weekly and monthly project cost performance report and variance analysis for Project Director and project team review.
Work along with Site Cost Controllers of different locations to ensure project cost are accurately allocated and posted in SAP to facilitate the monitoring and review purpose.
Assist with the development and review of internal and external reports including: project budgeting, project cash flow forecast and project status reports.
Assist with compliance of company policies in all project aspects.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably Engineering degree with minimum 2 years working experience
Other tertiary qualification with minimum 2 years Project Cost Control experience, working in EPC industry and MNC environment are encouraged to apply
Exposure in palm business processes will be added advantage
Advance in Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
Good in English writing and speaking (presentation)
Meticulous, independent and able to work under pressure
Willingness to travel to project site in Indonesia and Pasir Gudang, JB
