Responsibilities Daily phone calls with vendors/subcontractors and customers Manage customer inquiries. Build strong customer relationships. Certify job completion and customer satisfaction. Invoicing Account Receivable Assist the Production Team as needed Assist the Sales Team with appointments setting and claims filing Follow up with leads as directed. Follow-up with insurance companies Update the CRM in a timely manner Desired Experience, Skills, and Character of Project Sales Consultant: Have a sense of ownership.
