Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. Ideally, the candidate will have a background in the home remodeling or construction industry, particularly with experience in windows and siding. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals in delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service.

Candidates with scheduling experience involving multiple subcontractors and vendors for remodeling projects related to roofing, windows, or siding are highly encouraged to apply, though we will also consider applicants with experience in other industries. • Skills and Competencies Required:**
• Proficient computer skills; experience with the Google platform is advantageous
• Excellent ability to multitask, maintain organization, and meet deadlines
• Strong sense of urgency and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and build strong working relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers
• Specific Job Duties:**
• Scheduling subcontractors and vendors for projects involving roofing, siding, and gutters
• Assisting with obtaining necessary permits for subcontractor work
• Supporting material orders, including reconciliation and processing returns of surplus materials
• Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with vendors and customers
• Coordinating and communicating project schedules with customers via phone, email, and/or text
• Managing multiple projects concurrently
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring thorough follow-through
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant asset
