A Day in the Life

The Project Coordinator support and maintain global workplan, manage detailed monthly dashboards requested by OU leadership, compile and establish metrics, compile and publish annual newsletters, manage day-to-day communications with regions and off-shore staff. This role is remote based in Colombia.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide general project support to regulatory affairs group or business process.
• Monitor program/project/system status and timetables
• Liaise with managers to define submission requirements, project scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
• Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
• Gather and analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapts timeline to achieve optimal results
• Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding
  
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Highschool degree
• One year of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, customer service, technical support or administrative support
• Fluent in English
• Document interpretation, queries and workflow skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Growth, and global mindset
• Ability to work in matrix structured organization
• Bachelor’s degree and/or knowledge with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project is advantageous
