The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various skill development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate skill development projects from inception to completion Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed Prepare and present project reports and documentation Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination. Fluency in spoken and written English, Hindi, and Kannada.
