Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description
The R&D Project Coordinator is responsible for providing project coordination and technical writing support to Operations, R&D, and Product Transfer Project teams. This individual contributor role involves working independently with guidance and in a team environment. The coordinator will collaborate across the organization to fulfill project needs and distill technical information into clear, accessible documents for internal and external use.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain project timelines, coordinate meetings, and manage project milestones.
* Follow up on action items, assign tasks to team members, monitor progress on daily activities, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Provide general support to the project manager and team members, including budget tracking and procurement processes.
* Assist with managing and verifying data accuracy on high-level dashboards for Coronary, Peripheral, and Generators sourced from project schedules.
* Ensure project owners update monthly slides for monthly meetings and facilitate administrative aspects during meetings.
* Send out meeting summaries, including action items after meetings.
* Create document change orders and follow up with document approvers for speedy approval through the product data management system.
* Assist in the creation and revision of engineering deliverables.
* Draft, edit, and format engineering drawings, reports, procedures, and spreadsheets for grammar, clarity, consistency, and readability.
* Interface cross-functionally within the product transfer team to acquire source material for documents and develop an understanding of the products, processes, requirements, and timelines.
* Organize raw data into usable tables and make suggestions or corrections to documents for clarity and conciseness.
* Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
* Assist in training others to work instructions.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in project coordination and document control.
* Ability to provide administrative support and manage medical device documentation.
* Experience in product design, development, or manufacturing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience in product design, development, or manufacturing.
Work Environment
The role involves collaboration within a dynamic and cross-functional team environment, utilizing advanced product data management systems and tools. The work schedule may include coordinating meetings, managing project timelines, and interacting with various departments to ensure project success.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
