Project Coordinator (HVAC/MEP)

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator (HVAC/MEP) will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC and MEP projects. This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders, managing project schedules, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning and executing HVAC and MEP projects
- Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Maintain project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project progress and report on status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and manage project documentation and reports
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in HVAC/MEP projects
- Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP systems and components
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
