We're looking for a detail-driven Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and enjoys playing a critical role in keeping engineering and project initiatives on track.
In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, functional managers, and engineers to support a wide range of coordination and project support efforts-from analytics to reporting and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll do:
Support data gathering and analysis related to project cost, schedules, quality, and performance
Track project KPIs, manage documentation, and assist with performance trend reporting
Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) processes and maintain related documentation
Assist with contractor management, including tracking invoices and working with consultants
Interface with internal and external stakeholders and help move projects forward
Prepare polished reports and communication materials
Lead specific project tasks and support department-wide process improvement initiatives
Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team
What you bring:
️ 5-7 years in a project team environment
️ Bachelor's degree preferred
️ Strong communication and multitasking skills
️ A proactive mindset-you're a quick learner and self-starter
️ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI
️ Knowledge of the pipeline or energy industry is a plus
️ Familiarity with the full project lifecycle and best practices
Work setup: Monday through Thursday in the office, with remote Fridays available.
