Mintel is in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for our Market Research Field Services team. As part of the Market Research Field Services team, your primary function will be action as the liaison between Mintel and the Mystery Shopping network where you will be asked to coordinate all of Mintel’s field research utilizing mystery shoppers and various independent contractors. You will be using internal tools to find the right person to complete a project. Once located you will need to make sure the shopper has all the information they need and they understand what needs to be done. Additionally, answer any question the shopper might have which might be about completing the project or how to navigate the internal system. After the project is completed you will review the results for consistency and accuracy. Finally, communicating the project status to stakeholders throughout the process. You will interact with a variety of individuals, both internally and externally, to assist in the completion of custom market research projects.
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate multiple field research projects assisting Senior Project Managers
Interacting with clients as well as sales and custom research teams
Execute quality control processes and monitor data quality and integrity
Ensure that project deadlines and budget criteria are met
Review and edit survey responses to ensure consistency and check for errors
Hands-on training and auditing of Field Associates

Data-Driven: Data-Driven: Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, with a strong focus on reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of others' work. Maintaining data integrity is central to your approach.
Naturally Curious: You are always drawn to knowing the “why” behind things and great at navigating client conversations, asking second and third level questions to get at the heart of clients’ challenges and goals.
A Great Communicator: You have superior oral and written communication skills and can adapt your communication style to suit each client and internal business partner.
A Collaborator: You take pride in the team you are a part of and the work you produce. Cultivating professional relationships with your colleagues is important and you are constantly finding innovative and unique ways to create an exceptional work environment.
A Multitasker: Experience working on several projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Experience in, and a high comfort level with, a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture
Self-motivated: Capable of working autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team. Demonstrates a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of job experience with customer service or customer relations helpful/preferred.
