Project Coordinator-cum-Senior Trainer
Location: Industrial Area, Near Dundahera Gurugram
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (commensurate with experience & qualifications)

GreyBeez Private Limited, a leading Gurugram-based organization at the forefront of customized skill development in the apparel sector, is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator-cum-Senior Trainer to lead operations at our skill development centre in the industrial area near Dundahera.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution:
- Lead monthly planning for community mobilization to ensure enrollment of the right candidates looking for skilled jobs in apparel sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the skill program’s reach and impact in terms of enrollment and placements.
- Provide strategic insights to improve centre performance and outcomes as per the vision of the company.
- Training Oversight:
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery
- Support trainers in delivering outcome-based, industry-relevant modules
- Conduct periodic review and capacity-building support for the training team
- Community Mobilisation:
- Work closely with the mobilisation team; conduct regular community visits
- Finalise and oversee the use of effective communication and outreach collaterals
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with enrolled candidates and community stakeholders
- Develop Channel Partners for mobilization of candidates.
- Industry & Placement Coordination:
- Engage with potential employers in the apparel and allied sectors
- Facilitate candidate placement through strong corporate partnerships
- Organise exposure visits, guest sessions, and employer meets
- Operational & Team Management:
- Manage daily centre workflows and team coordination
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with program guidelines
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team capacity building
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in skill development, preferably in the apparel sector
- Strong background in community mobilisation, training delivery, curriculum development, and employer engagement
- Proven experience in team leadership and workflow management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of documentation and MIS
- Familiarity with skill development schemes like PMKVY and DDU-GKY is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (in training, social work, or apparel production) is an advantage
