Case In Point Consulting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team. This role blends strong project management capabilities with proposal development and communications expertise, supporting the delivery of high-impact training initiatives and client-facing projects.

Your Role:



  • Develop, write, and edit customized proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.



  • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and company credentials for quick turnarounds.



  • Assist in preparing supporting materials such as presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements.



  • Support the planning and execution of internal and client-facing projects across different departments.



  • Help maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders as needed.



  • Ensure effective communication across teams by organizing meetings, sharing updates, and documenting progress.



  • Assist in preparing status reports, timelines, and other documentation for leadership and clients.




Experience and Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.



  • 3-5 total years of experience, preferably in project coordination or proposal writing.



  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.



  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and handling shifting priorities.



  • Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Canva, Trello/Asana, or similar is a plus.



  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
