Job Title: Project Controls Training Manager
Location: Westminster, CO (Travel up to 50%)
Compensation: $130,000- 150,000 annually (DOE) + Competitive Benefits

Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Controls Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Project Management Academy. This individual will be responsible for creating practical, high-impact training that equips our project teams with the technical knowledge and leadership skills they need to execute successfully.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager or Project Controls professional who wants to shift from managing projects to developing people—playing a key role in building the next generation of Loenbro’s project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement engaging training content focused on project management, project controls, and field leadership.
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions and oversee learning pathways for PMs, APMs, PEs, and Project Controls professionals.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment between training and field realities.
• Continuously refine training materials based on feedback, performance data, and evolving industry standards.
• Support consistency and excellence across projects through training aligned with Loenbro’s SOPs and expectations.
• Serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership to drive performance improvement through training and capability building.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Controls, ideally in industrial or commercial construction.
• In-depth understanding of cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and change management.
• Demonstrated success mentoring or training in project-based environments.
• Familiarity with project controls software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or equivalent systems.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or CCP certification preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
