Project Controls Manager

Position Overview

The Project Controls Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing project control processes, including cost management, scheduling, and performance monitoring. This role ensures that project goals are met on time and within budget while providing support to project teams to enhance their performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project control systems and processes to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports on key performance indicators to inform stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project teams to establish and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
  • Analyze cost data and provide forecasts to facilitate effective budget management and decision-making.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Support project management in optimizing resource allocation and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
