Job Purpose:

We are currently looking for Project Controls Engineers to be part of our Project Management Office (PMO) team, based on a large healthcare program in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Nortehrn region. The key objective of the Program ‘Providing consulting services to operate “Project Management Office’ for the delivery of healthcare infrastructure programs and the deployment of the Processes and Procedures (where applicable to existing) and new projects.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Responsible for establishing, implementing, and performing Project Controls functions.
• Support and participate in preparing the projects control plans and updating them annually and submitting it to the client in order approval from Ministry of Finance.
• Establish an understanding and implementation of the existing EXPRO standards and processes & recommended tools, for development and use on the healthcare infrastructure Program.
• Prepare and distribute progress report dashboard and master schedule updates.
• Review, validate and consolidate project monthly dashboards and reports, and raise any issues and concerns.
• Manage the set-up of Primavera Project Management System P6.
• Creates and implements measurement systems for established processes, analyzes performance metric results, and identifies improvements.
• Supports development of Project Controls standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Thirteen (13 plus) years of experience in PMO, large capital projects and/or large programs or similar complex projects.
• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of cost control systems and procedures to monitor the project budgets, financial commitments, expenditures and cost projections of portfolio/program/projects.
• Excellent ability to understand and develop the scope of the project in different environments of construction and engineering projects.
• Extensive experience in managing the planning & scheduling operations in large capital projects and/or large programs or similar complex projects, particularly in leadership roles.
• Good communication skills, both in presentation and documentation with a good command over English.
• Primavera P6 and Power BI.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
