Summary
What Are You Going To Do
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company policies.
- Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide financial management support, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project-related risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all project controls activities.
- Maintain accurate records of project schedules, cost estimates, and related documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior project controls engineers and other team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, financial management, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project controls software and tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to comprehend, coordinate, and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and a strong grasp of analytical concepts.
