Position Summary
Assist in the planning, designing, and overseeing of the construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities. Perform cost and schedule engineering and analysis, and related duties in the planning, design, and overseeing of Capital and Opex Programs. Design and implement processes and systems to manage a capital design and construction program. Receive and analyze project controls data, including cost and schedule project information, for the design, procurement, and construction phases in support of a large capital program. Participate in regular weekly project meetings, including planning, cost, and schedule meetings. Prepare controls reports, which present current project status and a comparison to baseline information to allow for a variance analysis, highlighting issues and concerns. Perform resource loading to monitor and document progress. Support regular reporting requirements to senior management. Support coordination of project stakeholders, including project managers, finance, and end users.
Location: Various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Telecommuting: Permitted.
Salary Offer: $95,750 per year.

Position Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor* - Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field of study.
* Experience: Two (2)*years in the position above, as a Project Engineer, or in a related civil engineering role in the construction industry.
* Education, training, and/or experience must include:
* 1. Project management and controls fundamentals.
* 2. Design and construction project planning and scheduling using CPM.
* 3. Schedule experience with MS Project or Oracle P6.
* *Will accept equivalent foreign degree; will accept Master's degree in above fields of study in lieu of experience; will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Additional Requirements
Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
