MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate and communicative Project Controls Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in the Houston Area. This position will be expected to be on-site in Houston at least 3 days per week.

Our Houston team is growing quickly and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Controls Consultant to join our team!

What You'll Do:

As a Project Controls Consultant at MP, you will be responsible for driving successful projects within our clients' organizations. Some of your key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Management and oversight of operations and maintenance projects within a Floating Storage and Offloading Unit (FPSO/ FSO).
• Development, design, and implementation of project and cost controls tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Leadership in complex client engagements, including client relationship management.
• Assistance to engagement lead/director in expanding our presence within a client or multiple clients, providing significant opportunities for personal development.
• Identification of opportunities and contribution to proposal development.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Let's Talk About You:

You hold a technical or engineering focused Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred). You have 10-15 years of professional experience in Project Management, primarily in the energy and oil & gas sectors. You have proven experience in project controls or cost controls. Familiarity with Floating Storage and Offloading Unit (FPSO/ FSO), FPU (Floating Production Unit), or oil platforms is essential. You're experienced in operations & maintenance, contract management, quality assurance, and systems in offshore environments.

Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are your strong suit. You are proficient with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Confluence, Jira, PowerBI, etc.

PMP certification or other relevant certifications are a plus!
