Our client, one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products, is actively hiring a Project Control Analyst in Fairfield, California!

*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits offered!*

As a Project Control Analyst, you will be responsible for helping the program team with tasks like managing risks, supporting contracts and subcontracts, handling finances and reports, and communicating with customers and coordinating with the Mission Systems Value Stream Support team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the full program lifecycle—including pursuit, order, capture, and execution—by coordinating efforts across teams and ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.
• Facilitate communication and reporting with external customers and subcontractors, including tracking actions, managing CDRLs, and supporting contract and subcontract requirements.
• Assist in managing program risks, monitoring financial performance, and supporting reporting efforts to maintain accuracy, transparency, and program stability.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, and Finance, fostering effective communication and ensuring smooth execution across shared services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with SAP
• Experience with advanced Excel
• Prior experience in customer repair tracking, forecasting, risk management, and coordinating with external customers
