Employee's principal tasks:
· Management, monitoring and coordination of the project up to the ready-to-build phase, with a focus on wind energy and photovoltaics
· Systemic potential area analysis of the legal and statutory framework conditions, as well as securing areas through e.g. leasing and utilisation agreements
· Responsibility for the planning and implementation of various approvals (Certificate of Producer, Environmental Terms Approval, Grid Connection Terms, Installation Licence, Operation Licence, etc.)
· Risk and opportunity assessment and preparation of reports on project progress
· Contact person for all project participants, authorities and partners until the project is ready for approval
· Regular nationwide business trips to the sites, owners and project partners
Qualifikationen
· Degree with several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
· Very good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations
· Autonomy, proactivity and flexibility as well as ability to interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders
· Fluent in Greek and in English (verbal & writing). German is a plus.
· Knowledge of the WindPro, PvSyst, GIS and MS Office systems
· Willing to travel frequently within Greece
