Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Business Analyst to join our team.

The role will focus on managing cross-departmental projects, improving data management practices, and creating high-quality dashboards to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to analyze and optimize information workflows, ensuring data is structured and presented effectively for strategic insights.


Main responsibilities:


Project Management :

  • Lead and manage data-driven projects across departments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and monitor progress.

Data Management and Optimization:

  • Analyze current data processes and recommend improvements to enhance accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Work with teams to structure and reorganize data for clearer insights and better usability.

Dashboard Creation and Reporting:

  • Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports for various stakeholders using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights and reflect key performance indicators (KPIs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to achieve project goals.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategies to streamline workflows.
  • Stay informed about the latest tools and trends in data visualization and project management.


Ideal Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering data optimization solutions.

Technical skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

Desired:

  • Basic knowledge of programming or automation tools like Python, R, or Alteryx.
  • Understanding of SQL and database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, French a big asset.
