RestoreFast is a leading provider of commercial emergency restoration services + mold prevention scopes of work up and down the entire east coast. In traditionally pen & paper industries, we are making leaps and bounds with our tech-forward approach to everything.

The ideal candidate is gritty, time and energy efficient, does not believe in shortcuts, and has the ability to recap & document all work performed with extreme attention to detail. You will execute on projects from start to finish by initiating communication with clients, ensure jobs have everything necessary to start (from setup in Procore to physical logistics), close out projects with little to no margin for error, and put out any fires with efficient & creative solutions - you will prioritize project success & client satisfaction by any means necessary. Above all, you are a team player, who believes in the strength & unity of teamwork over the individual. Responsibilities:

• Kickoff projects as assigned by the operations team and setup project backend. (Procore, client communication chain, truck/tools/equipment planning, coordination with crews.)
• Walk sites with GC’s or client point of contact to best tailor our services for each project’s specific needs.
• Document & photograph all work performed on projects with extreme attention to detail - any team member should be able to look at the Procore daily log and tell you exactly what work was done.
• Close out projects in collaboration with the finance team & client to ensure client satisfaction.
• Partake in and pitch lunch & learn sessions with prospective clients. This also may entail travel.
• Attend quarterly OKR meetings with the entire team.
• Travel as necessary to perform work at sites up and down the east coast.
