Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will support the Science and Implementation team within the Clinical Registries division. This temporary assignment focuses on helping manage clinical registry projects, tracking scientific deliverables, and supporting internal and external collaboration efforts. The role starts in May 2025 and will run through August or September.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily project support and assist with the execution of the team's annual workplan
Manage and maintain documentation for clinical registry deliverables
Prepare agendas, materials, and meeting notes for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct research including environmental scans and literature reviews
Track updates in clinical guidelines and scientific publications
Maintain documentation tools to ensure consistency and workflow efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders
Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a project coordination role
Understanding of clinical outcomes research, healthcare quality metrics, or evidence-based practices
Familiarity with cardiovascular or general health research a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint and Visio a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, health administration, public health, or related field
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
