Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will provide essential support to a busy construction and compliance department, helping ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their office experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Upload documentation and compliance materials to regulatory platforms
• Review timekeeping and payroll-related data to assist with project tracking and reporting.
• Input and maintain detailed records of employee hours and project activities in internal systems.
