We are seeking a capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Assistant to the Director to support our executive leadership and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Assistant for Director, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Project Assistant will support the Director in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing and tracking multiple projects across various departments. The Project Assistant will handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining organized records and files.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project coordination, track project timelines, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings on key initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, project deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director


Qualifications

  • Excellent Administrative and organizational skills
  • 2-3 years experience in a project coordination or executive assistant role (experience in RE sector is an advantage).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
