Responsibilities: Assist in the development of Carefood Business, identifying potential partners to drive sales. Lead the sales cycle, managing the sales process through various channels including email, WhatsApp, phone calls. Set sales goals and develop strategies for new products. Collaborate with the chef team to provide product improvements and ensure that company products meet current market needs. Conduct market research and develop sales strategies and distribution channels to optimize market coverage. Work with marketing team to develop marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales. Conduct Carefood promotion workshops. Participate in various sales events (e.g., exhibitions, community booths). Coordinate business enquiries in a timely manner and manage the prospect database. Support ad hoc duties as required. Requirements: Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in sales and business development. Passionate about social innovation and contributing to our society. Strong sales and interpersonal skills. Strong in communication and presentation. Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals. Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager.
