Job Description

We are searching for a licensed architect with a degree from a NAAB accredited program to create architectural models in Revit and manage commercial, public, and multifamily architectural projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet. The architect will be responsible for taking projects from schematic design, design development, and construction documentation through to construction administration. The ideal candidate should have experience working on all phases of design services, from programming and conceptual design through construction administration. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in the state of Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Create architectural models in Revit for commercial, public, and multifamily projects.
  • Manage projects from schematic design, design development, and construction documentation through to construction administration.
  • Perform project programming and analysis, site survey, specifications, and documentation.
  • Direct and manage the design process, interfacing with clients and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to establish long-term, strategic objectives for the firm.
  • Provide team leadership and ensure the production of quality construction documents.

Essential Skills

  • Licensed architect with a degree from a NAAB accredited program.
  • Proficiency in Revit, IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in the state of Utah.
  • Experience in all phases of design services, from programming and conceptual design through construction administration.
  • Ability to take direction well and provide team leadership.
  • Experience with SketchUp.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
