Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect or Designer with a passion for leading projects through design. The ideal candidate could be licensed or non-licensed but must demonstrate a strong interest and enthusiasm for design leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively under the direction of a project architect or manager.
• Effectively communicate verbally and graphically.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit software proficiently.
• Work with MS Office, Bluebeam, and other relevant software.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Degree from an architectural program of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.
• Experience leading small projects and managing small consultant teams.
• Proven performance with evidence of motivation and initiative.
• History of team-based experiences.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with commercial projects and interest in multi-family building design.
• Project management experience (a plus).
  
  

Work Environment

The individual will be working out of the Raleigh, NC office. The office is located near North Hills, but employees work from home 80% of the time. The office environment is traditional and tight-knit. The firm is employee and family-focused, with a heavy backlog of work, providing stability and security. The company offers above-market compensation, solid benefits, and vacation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
