Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect at Ranjit John Architects, located in New Delhi with some work-from-home opportunities. The Project Architect will be responsible for developing architectural plans and drawings, managing project timelines and resources, coordinating with clients and construction teams, and ensuring projects meet all regulatory and quality standards. Additionally, they will oversee project submittals, participate in sustainability initiatives, and utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Submittals
• Proven experience in Project Management and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
