Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead technical execution and coordination for residential, interior finishing, and custom woodworking projects. This role is a hands-on, hybrid position requiring travel between our Carmona workshop, Makati design studio, and various project sites. As the technical project manager, you will ensure delivery with absolute precision and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce complete and detailed construction drawings, design documentation, and architectural detailing to high standards of accuracy.
• Prepare reliable cost estimates for architectural elements, including interiors and custom woodworking.
• Lead the coordination of all technical documentation and ensure alignment with consultants, engineers, fabricators, and contractors.
• Manage and monitor submission, tracking, and approvals for shop drawings and material samples.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise work progress and ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and construction partners to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Provide technical guidance and detailing for custom cabinetry, wall cladding, paneling, flooring, and ceiling systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Must be a licensed Architect.
• Latin honors, board topnotcher status, or notable academic achievements are a strong plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in residential architecture, interior finishing, or design-build.
• Hands-on experience with custom millwork, including cabinetry, paneling, cladding, flooring, and ceiling design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Lumion).
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in material selection and construction detailing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
