Job Title: Project Architect Job Description We are seeking a Project Architect with 7-10 years of experience to manage internal teams and independently run projects from start to finish. The role offers the opportunity to work across all phases of design, from conceptual development through construction administration. The successful candidate will design and coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers throughout the project's entirety. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent creative and leadership skills. Responsibilities * Manage and run projects from start to finish, working independently. * Coordinate design and development phases, including client support and design development. * Create construction documents and oversee construction administration. * Work on a variety of projects such as government, retail, commercial, and institutional projects, including medical facilities, churches, schools, manufacturing facilities, and numerous renovations and tenant build-outs. * Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from two to five, depending on size. * Utilize a variety of building mediums, including steel construction, masonry, wood construction, and pre-engineered metal buildings. Essential Skills * B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited program. * 7-10 years of architectural experience, with healthcare-specific experience preferred. * Proficiency in Revit is required; proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. * Current or imminent registration or enrollment in NCARB IDP. * Ability to produce CD Sets in Revit. * Commercial experience ranging from 1,200 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft. Additional Skills & Qualifications * LEED, WELL, or other specialized credentials are a plus.
