Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural and master planning projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, technical accuracy, and client satisfaction. This role also includes coordination with multidisciplinary teams, integrating inputs from urban planning, sustainability, and engineering.
Experience or interest in urban design, GIS applications, and master planning is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead architectural and master planning projects from design development through construction documentation and implementation.
- Create design concepts, presentations, and technical drawings aligned with project goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal studios—including Urban Planning and Sustainability—to deliver holistic design solutions.
- Integrate GIS tools and spatial analysis to inform planning and site development strategies.
- Contribute to large-scale urban planning and mixed-use developments, institutional sites, and community-centered projects.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress during construction, resolving design-related issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
Qualifications- Licensed Architect in the Philippines with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Demonstrated experience or interest in urban design, master planning, or large-scale developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of ArchiCAD is a plus.
- Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) and spatial data analysis is an advantage.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles; BERDE or LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative work environment.
