Project Architect – Retail Focus

Are you an experienced Project Architect with a passion for retail design and delivery? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a high-profile retail project from inception to completion.
• Managing project administration, coordination, and client relationships.
• Ensuring designs align with UK Building Regulations and technical requirements.
• Overseeing retail fit-out and delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborating with a team, contributing expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
• Working hybrid (1-2 days remote) with an agile, supportive team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in retail architecture, ideally with fit-out experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills.
• A problem-solver with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
