Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project design and execution in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.  
• Oversee preparation and review of architectural drawings, technical documents, and construction details.  
• Conduct site evaluations, supervise progress, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.  
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present tailored design solutions.  
• Guide junior architects and interns, ensuring quality and consistency in project deliverables.  
• Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation.

Project Typologies You'll Work On:

• Hospitality – Resorts and experiential stays
• Retail – F&B outlets, fitness centers, and concept stores

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural project management.  
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).  
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.  
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing built and conceptual works is essential.
