BCT is seeking a Project Architect with 7-10 years of experience to join our Housing Studio. Responsibilities

• Lead the production and coordination of deliverable documents throughout all project phases, SD, DD, CD, and CA, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
• Provide strong technical leadership while overseeing document coordination, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency throughout all project phases.
• Ensure quality assurance of design documents by reviewing for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards and industry regulations.
• Apply extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning, and planning regulations to ensure compliance and guide project development.
• Supervise and direct project staff while providing mentorship to foster professional growth, efficiency, and high-quality project outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with clients and contractors throughout all phases of the design and construction process to ensure project success, alignment with objectives, and seamless execution.
• Facilitate coordination with the Project Designer and Project Manager to uphold the original design intent throughout all phases of the project, ensuring consistency and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect
• Strong collaboration skills
• Fluent in Revit
• Proficient in SketchUp and Adobe Suite programs
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
