Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Architect with 8–10 years of experience to lead projects from concept through construction. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong drawing production skills, project management experience, and excellent interpersonal communication. You’ll be responsible for coordinating teams, communicating with clients and consultants, and ensuring high-quality deliverables on schedule and within budget. This is an in-person position 4 days a week, with the flexibility of working 1 day a week from home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases (SD through CA)
  • Produce and oversee drawing sets and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones
  • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and firm quality control

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 8–10 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD , Procore, Adobe suite (PS, AI, ID), and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision
  • Experience with construction administration
  • Ability to independently go to job sites in the tristate area
