Job Summary:

As Project and technical support engineer you will be the next driving force behind Hanshow. You are self-motivated and have a “can-do” attitude. You will work closely with other senior leaders across a variety of departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth understanding of the actual business scenario needs of key customers, providing analysis of feasible solutions, and realizing the delivery and maintenance of customized services and functionalities.
  • Role as the key responsible person to ensure the delivery of key results and the achievement of established milestones according to the requirements of the business and project delivery plans.
  • Providing technical support for products and services after they have been sold. Maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions for any technical issues they might have.
  • Responsible for assisting clients with their daily operational needs, actively participating in regular client meetings, and generating comprehensive reports as per requirements.
  • Offering training to customers or in-house staff about the correct use of the product and maintenance techniques.
  • Preparing detailed service reports, maintaining the database of customer service records, and sometimes creating manuals or guides for product usage and troubleshooting.
  • Working closely with other departments like sales, production, and R&D to address customer feedback and improve the product and solution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, telecommunications, or related technical field.
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in project and technical support.
  • Excellent command of both English and Mandarin is required; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with the capacity to respond rapidly and effectively address urgent problems.
  • Ability to work efficiently on several projects in parallel.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to handle pressure effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in resolving issues for assigned clients.
