Your Role

As the Project & Business Development Lead, you’ll play a critical role in:

✅ Being the communication bridge between clients and internal teams

✅ Managing end-to-end digital marketing projects

✅ Understanding client goals and converting them into effective strategies

✅ Leading and coordinating across SEO, content, design, development, and performance marketing teams

✅ Tracking progress, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery

✅ Identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships

✅ Suggesting creative scripts for UGC content, reels, CJI videos, etc.

✅ Working closely with influencers and creators for brand promotions

✅ Reporting directly to the CEO and helping build a smarter, scalable agency workflow

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

✔ Excellent at communication – both verbal and written

✔ A confident client handler and persuasive business developer

✔ Experienced in project management within a digital agency or similar environment

✔ Knowledgeable in SEO, SMM, content, and performance marketing

✔ A natural multitasker and problem-solver

✔ Organized, creative, and driven by growth

✔ Team-oriented with leadership capabilities
