Project analysts ensure customer satisfaction, monitor expenses, prepare reports, schedule project meetings, facilitate notes and assist with onboarding/offboarding new hires KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time. * Contribute to project planning, budgeting and overall strategy * Establishing key performance indicators * Monitoring and evaluating overall projects including data analysis and insights * Document all project stages and ensure team members understand objectives * Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc. * Track, forecast and report on project progress, including metrics and challenges * Facilitate the onboarding/offboarding of onshore and offshore employees * Assist with calendaring, note taking, scheduling meetings and more * Conduct evaluations and share out results and related action plans * Identifying problems and shortfalls and offering solutions * Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach, where necessary EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
