Position Overview:

We are looking for a Construction Project Administrator to join our growing team at Schell Creek Construction. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and a passion for delivering quality work. This role will support the project management team in overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, from inception to completion.
  • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the project manager in preparing reports, tracking project milestones, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist with project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
  • Participate in site inspections and ensure adherence to quality control and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and best practices.
