Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Admin to support administrative operations for a retail organization in Chanhassen, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will assist with scheduling, database updates, and ensuring timelines are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling to ensure efficient time management.
- Maintain and update databases with accuracy, keeping all records current and organized.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle inbound calls on a multi-line phone system, providing attentive and courteous service.
- Dispatch calls or messages to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as creating documents and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the smooth operation of everyday office functions by addressing issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for document creation and data management.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency.
- Strong skills in phone etiquette and managing inbound telephone calls.
- Ability to dispatch calls or messages accurately and promptly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail when updating databases or managing timelines.
- Prior experience in an administrative or project coordination role is preferred.
