 Coordinate all administrative project details, including project set-up and maintenance
 Accounts Receivable – full cycle, billing, cash receipts, and collections
 20-day notices, Prelien and Waiver management
 COI management
 Project kick-off and closeout of accounting processes
 Job costing, reporting & analytics
 Open commitments management
 Overhead rate calculations & allocation
 Prequalification Packages
Skills you’ll need to help you get the job done:
 Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel functions
 Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required to apply learned subject matter and technical
knowledge to reach conclusions from data collection

What makes you stand out from the rest:
 Increasing experience in construction accounting
 Foundation or Spectrum software experience
 4 plus years as a Project Account
 Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; extensive experience may be substituted for a
degree

Schedule:

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 starting salary, depending on skills and qualifications
