Looking for a project accountant who has 5 years or more experience managing set projects from start to finish. Typical duties include: Invoiceing, Collections, WIP updates, Progress Billing, Billing for multiple projects high volume.

1. Invoicing projects:
   • Daily Invoicing
     • Preparing Fixed Fee, Hourly Invoices.
     • Emailing invoices to the client.
     • Providing monthly statements to clients.
     • Posting invoices weekly to accounting system.
   • Tracking/logging of Sub-Consultant Contracts & Invoices.
     • Sending Sub-consultant invoices to AP for processing.
     • Running monthly Sub-consultant invoice reports to manage payment and processing for projects that have been completed.
   • Closing projects in accounting system when monthly WIP reports are sent by Project Managers.
   • Processing write-offs in system when monthly WIP reports are sent by Project Managers.
   • Transferring time on projects per PM's direction.
   • Summarizing financials on a project when requested.
   • Following up with monthly AR collections.
