Leading Construction Development company is adding a Project Accountant to their expanding team. You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and costing financial activity for our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and reviews accounting records for various projects, working with the Project Managers and Controller.
• Develops and analyzes operational budgets by project
• Create/suggest new processes to improve efficiency
• Review analysis and findings - share with management team

Qualifications:

BS Accounting/Finance with previous experience in accounting - preferably construction/cost background.

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

Excel - experience with accounting programs and reporting tools

Self Starter - Willingness to figure it out

Strong analytical/problem solving skills
